Bunny Armchair, Poland, 1960s

The cult armchair 300-177, colloquially known as Bunny/Zajączek. The project is attributed to Józef Chierowski. The armchair was produced in the 1960s in the Lower Silesian Furniture Factory in Świebodzice. The armchair has been thoroughly renovated in upholstery and carpentry. It is made of beech wood. The wooden frame has been thoroughly cleaned, stained in a walnut shade and protected with several layers of varnish in a high, even mirror-like gloss. Besides, it has been exchanged for new ones (belts, sponges, sheep). The fabric is a high quality velour "Glam Velvet" by Fargotex in a copper shade.

The furniture has traces of use indicating its age, but they have been anodized according to the craftsmanship.
