Chandelier by J. Hurka, Napako, Czechoslovakia, 1970s

Composed of 66 acrylic balls, it proved the unique chandelier of the Napako company, which was created before World War II. The company's deep traditions in the production of art deco lamps oblige, hence, despite the very simple construction, all the elements of the chandelier are perfectly aligned with each other. Acrylic balls (the type of plastic) are very resistant to impact, hence there is no fear that something will happen to them soon.

One source of light for an ordinary light bulb is in the middle of the chandelier. All spheres are semi-filled for the light of the bulb. The chandelier fulfills the function of aesthetic decoration rather than the basic source of lighting in the room in which it will hang.

Chains on which there are balls (5 and 6 each) can be left and raised without any tools. The design of the construction means that it is done by hand.

The upper part (plate and roof) has been re-painted, hence the impression of the elegance of the chandelier is guaranteed by us. The chandelier arose in the 1970s. Still, it is still in great shape. Diameter of a single ball: 6.5 cm.
