Cross-Plex T-300 Table Lamp Low by B. Kjær, Fritz Hansen

Cross-Plex lamp was designed by a Danish architect Bodil Kjær in 1961. Shaped like a cross in plexiglass, the Cross-Plex is a simple yet refined table lamp with a natural ability to lift the ambience of any space. Seen from its profile, the lamp resembles a miniature building with its translucent shade like an illuminated roof. The neatly proportioned T-300 lamp has a cubic form. The glowing opal shade seems to levitate above the transparent base. Available in two sizes.

Bodil Kjær (1932–) is one of the iconic Danish furniture designers. Her 50s and 60s designs from the "Elements of Architecture" furniture development program are the most famous and desirable. Kjær has been working for years as an architect across the world. Her designs are unique, minimalistic and innovative.

Fritz Hansen history began in the 19th century. Characterized by its innovativeness, high quality of products and unique craftsmanship, this Danish brand produces icons of design since day one. From the bentwood and metal furniture from the 30s, through legendary chairs and sofas of Arne Jacobsen and Poul Kjærholm from the half and end of the 20th century to contemporary designs of Jaime Hayon. The philosophy of the brand is to create timeless designs that exude luxury and elegance.
