Irish Setter Porcelain Figurine by K. Czuba, AS Ćmielów

Porcelain figurine of an Irish Setter, designed in 2005 by Kazimierz Czuba, produced by AS Ćmielów. It was handmade of the highest quality porcelain, and then decorated by hand with ceramic paints by painters.

The figurine is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, which contains information about manual production and decoration, as well as information about the product (name, surname of the designer, year of design). In case of figurines, additionally to the certificate, a unique product number is entered (assigned according to the factory marking system). The product has a special protection in the form of glazed and glazed signs.


Kazimierz Czuba was born in 1934 in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, died in 2017. Graduate of the State Secondary School of Fine Arts in Zamość. From 1957 he worked in the Ćmielów Porcelain Factory as a visual designer. He dealt with oil painting, watercolours and porcelain painting. From 1976 he was a member of the "Grupa 10". He took part in the exhibitions of the Institute of Industrial Design and the International Fairs of the ceramic industry. He is the creator of about 50 porcelain figurines, mainly of cats and dogs, as well as many paintings painted on porcelain.
