It was handmade of the highest quality porcelain, and then decorated by hand with ceramic paints by painters. The figurine is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, which contains information about manual production and decoration, as well as information about the product (name, surname of the designer, year of design). In case of figurines, additionally to the certificate, a unique product number is entered (assigned according to the factory marking system). The product has a special protection in the form of glazed and glazed signs.
Designs of the first figures were created in the Institute of Industrial Design around 1955. A group of designers, including Henryk Jędrasiak, Lubomir Tomaszewski, Hanna Orthwein and Mieczysław Naruszewicz, were confronted with the task of designing intimate ceramic sculptures designed to decorate a modern interior. In total, about one hundred models were created, representing mainly animals, less frequently people.
