Rock&Roll Vase by D. Duszniak for AS Ćmielów

The Rock&Roll porcelain vase designed in 1957 by Danuta Duszniak, nowadays produced by AS Ćmielów, hand made of the highest quality porcelain and then hand-decorated with ceramic paints by painters. The product has a special protection in the form of under-glazed and glazed signs. The products manufactured in the factory have, among other things, the factory logo underneath. The figurine is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, which includes information about manual production and decoration, as well as information about the product (name, name of the designer, year of design). In case of vases, a unique product number is additionally entered into the certificate (assigned according to the factory marking systems).

Danuta Duszniak, born 1926 in Lviv in 1947-1952, studied at the Faculty of Sculpture of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw - atelier of W. Golakowska, J. Kotarbińska. In 1953-1968 she was a designer at the Department of Ceramics and Glass at the Institute of Industrial Design in Warsaw. She developed popular in the 60's gallantry forms, including the Rock and Roll vase and coffee services.
