What are the delivery methods?

Delivery methods vary according to item and seller. The most popular are: postal service, courier or dedicated furniture courier. When items are expedited by the seller, you will get an email with delivery details.

If items from one order come from different boutiques, they might be sent separately and by different carriers.

The item I'm interseted in doesn't list a shipping cost. What should I do?

If the information about shipping cost is missing, ask for a quotation, remembering to provide your postcode. You will receive the quotation by email as soon as possible – within a few working days.

Does the shipping cost include unloading items to my apartment?

Standard shipping doesn’t include unloading items to your apartment. We want to provide the lowest possible transport costs. If you have ordered heavy items, make sure that somebody will be able to help you with unloading.

How long do I have to wait for my order?

Shipping times vary by item. On every item’s page you will find information on the time needed to prepare your purchase for shipment. Transport time is usually from a few days up to around three weeks if the item is being shipped from a different country.

Delivery of vintage furniture and accessories requires careful preparation and securing of the consignment, and this takes longer than other online shopping.

Can I check my delivery status?

When the items are expedited by the seller, you will get an email with delivery details. There you will find the waybill number, transport company information and, in some cases, a tracking link.

How can I pay for my purchase?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and e-transfers. Payments are made over a safe and encrypted connection with the payment provider DotPay.

Does the price include taxes?

Prices on yestersen are gross values, but some items aren’t subject to VAT. You can find information about VAT on each item’s page.

Can I return items bought at yestersen?

If the item that you’ve purchased doesn’t satisfy you, you can return it (at your own expense) within 14 days of delivery through your User Account. When the item arrives safe and sound at the seller’s, you will receive a refund for the item and the primary delivery.

the item turned out to be damaged, or different from the description. Can I submit a complaint?

Yes. It is necessary to check the item in the presence of the courier and, in the case of damage, to create a damage report. The lack of such a document may be the basis for the seller to reject your complaint. You can submit a complaint through your User Account.
