Lidia porcelain vase designed in 1961 by Wincenty Potacki. Nowadays, it is produced by AS Ćmielów and handmade from the highest quality porcelain, and then hand-decorated with ceramic paints by painters. The product has a special protection in the form of undercoat and glazed signs. The products manufactured in the factory have, among other things, the factory logo underneath. The figurine is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, which includes information about manual production and decoration, as well as information about the product (name, name of the designer, year of design). In case of vases, a unique product number is additionally entered into the certificate (assigned according to the factory marking systems).
Wincenty Potacki born 1904 in Warsaw, graduate of the Municipal School of Decorative Arts and Painting in Warsaw. In the pre-war period (1935-39) he worked in the porcelain factory in Ćmielów and in its flimsy factory in Chodzież (1939). In the years 1947-1949 he was associated with the Porcelain Factory "Wałbrzych", then in the years 1949-1950 with the Jaworzyńska "Karolina". Between 1950 and 1955 he worked as a teacher at the Ceramic Technical School in Bolków. From 1955 in Ćmielów, where he worked until his retirement in 1991. Author of several dozen service patterns, including the "Feston" cut, produced until today. The most popular models designed by Potacki in the 1960s include services for Krokus and Goplana coffee. In the 1970s, he prepared a reconstruction of the historical "Rococo-Sèvres" service based on the objects preserved in the museum collection. At that time, he also designed the Romantica and Pompadur services, referring with relief decorations and paintings to the Rococo style. The designs designed by Potacki were repeatedly awarded at trade fairs, among others in the "Ładne - Dobre - Poszukiwane" competition of the National Fair in Poznań.
