The Gustawian style sideboard with one drawer and door comes from Sweden from the end of the 19th century. On the drawer there are delicate sculptures in the shape of garlands. There are vertical milling cutters on the door. The corners are cut and the milling cutters are vertical. The outside of the sideboard is a beautiful patina in ancient white, and the interior is light gray.the fittings are brass.
The buffet has undergone a thorough, professional renovation and is in good condition, both technical and visual.
The Gustawian style was created in the second half of the 18th century thanks to King Gustav III of Sweden. This style of gait is of royal origin and is characterised by modesty, minimalism and naturalness. The Gustawian style is characterised by the use of delicate greys, pastels and a large number of different shades of white with the addition of a beautiful, deep patina.
